Our base attorneys' fees are reasonable and depend on the complexity of your case.  In any event, we cannot file your case until the entire fee is paid along with the Court’s filing fees, which are currently set by the United States Judicial Conference at $274 for Chapter 13 cases and $299 for Chapter 7 cases.  In certain circumstances, we may be able to offset a portion of our attorneys' fees in Chapter 13 cases by putting the balance into the repayment plan.
