Mark Kafantaris is a graduate of The Ohio State University (B.A.) and Capital University Law School (J.D., magna cum laude), where he concentrated his studies in Constitutional litigation. During law school, he served as a judicial extern to Ohio Supreme Court Justice Evelyn Lundberg Stratton and U.S. District Judge Algenon Marbley. Mark also worked for Columbus City Attorney Rick Pfeiffer at the City Prosecutor’s Office before entering into private practice.  

Mark is admitted to practice in the following courts:

• The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit
• The United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio
• The United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio
